The Southern Entertainer
This was a magazine/newspaper put together and published and a monthly by Avenue Artistes Agency in Southampton in late 1963 into 1964.
There were only three issues and sadly it never was successful. Although based in Southampton, Avenue Artistes provided work for many groups and bands from along the south coast. Several Portmouth groups are featured and a number of others menrtioned.
