Peter White now resident in Florida
• Formed in 1958 "The Residents" played local churches and clubs plus the Savoy (used to practice at the school )(Pete White (LG), Ray Baker (RG), Bryan Baker (B) Colin Brimmicome (D).
• Became "Rod and The Residents" in 1960/1by adding Brian Rodney Hare on Vocals - Played same places savoy and the usual clubs around town
• Became "The Furys" in 1963 by moving Rod (Brian Hare) to Drums and adding Colin Marchant as 3rd Guitar and losing Colin Brimmicome (D) See color pictures at Clarence Pier)
• in late 63 - Added Colin Skidmore (Dale Morris) Vocals to become "Dale Morris and The Furys" played St Edmunds and local clubs and out of county venues
• In June 64 Lost "Dale Morris" now back as "The Furys".. added a Female vocalist (Ann ?) Played mainly out of town (Picture with Ann was taken at Kimballs)in 66
• (Ray Baker and Pete White had short lived moments of a few weeks with Memphis 4+1 and Meteors UK in late 66)
• Became "Blue Sand" in 1966/7 with Pete White (LG) Colin Marchant (RG), Bryan Baker (B) and Stewart Savage (D)
• Bryan (Rod ) Hare retired from music, Ray Baker joined Frenzy/UTB then retired until joining the Colours in 1972
• Blue Sand became "the Colours" in 1970 as a 3 piece with Pete White, Bryan Baker and Stewart Savage
• Ray Baker rejoined "The Colors in 1972
• Stewart Savage left in 1973 and was replaced by Edward (Ted) Ball on Drums
• Ted was killed in June of 1974 and replaced by Rick Seimark following some guys like Roy Huggett standing in for a while.
• Pete White Left in Sept 1976 and was replaced by Pete Bugg.
• The band ceased operations in 1978.
